The StoneBridge Food Pantry serves those living below the state poverty level, by assisting individuals and families, veterans, the home-bound and the elderly in our community with food, clothing and toiletries. 

 

Clients may be served once every thirty days.

Appointments

Information to bring on your first visit includes:

  • valid Texas Driver's License or Texas ID Card

  • proof of zip code/address and current phone number (utility bills, official school district forms, etc) 

  • Proof of financial need (Official documents including: school free lunch forms, WIC/SNAP, TX Medicaid/CHIP, Social Security, Veteran's benefits, or bank statement listing monthly/yearly income.

  • completed new client form (links below)
